Assistance for Invited Bidders

When you receive an invitation to bid via email, you can access e-Builder’s online bidder portal and respond to the bid package. The bidder portal provides access to the Bid Documents Folders and Bidding Instruction File (if one is used).

Invited bidders can take any of the following actions from the bidder’s portal:

• Register with e-Builder
• Access the Bid Package
• Entering the Invitation Key
• Review Package Invitation
• Ask Questions/View Responses
• Submit Your Bid Response
• Submit Your Quote

Bidders Portal - New URLs

As of 2023, the Bidders Portal has a new URL. If you have been automatically redirected from the old URL, please note that this service has ended.

We have multiple hyperlinks for the Bidders Portal based on your location. To ensure uninterrupted access, please refer to the table below, locate the old URL you were using, and save the corresponding new URL.

To ensure a successful login, use only the new URL that matches your previous one. The old URLs will no longer work.
