Access the Bid Package
To access the bid package, ensure that you registered with e-Builder. After registering, you will have a username and password that will allow you to login to the bidder portal and access the bid package.
If you do not see the bid package you are expecting, enter the invitation key from the bid invitation email into the field at the top of the page. The invitation key is specific to your email address and is case sensitive.
You can also share the invitation key or email link. When others use your key or link, e-Builder will send a request for access to the bid manager and will notify you that the key was used by your colleague.
To access the bid package
- Click the link in the bid request email.
- Enter your username and password.
- Not Accepted
- Unsubmitted
- Submitted
- Open
- Not Open
- Expired
- Click Bid Archives to view the bids that have been archived.
- Not Awarded
- Awarded
- Declined
- Click the name of the bid package you want to access.
The bid package details page is displayed.
The Trimble Unity Construct Bid Portal login page is displayed.
The Bid Package page is displayed. This page lists all the bid packages that you’ve been invited to and groups them into three sub-tabs:
On the sub-tabs, the bid packages are grouped by Bid Due Date into the following statuses:
The Bid Package page displays bid packages that you have been invited to across all e-Builder customer accounts. This page also includes the Project Name beside the Bid Package Name. When bid packages are within 48 hours of the due date, they are marked as “Expiring”. The Bid Manager will periodically close bid packages, at which time they will no longer display on the Bidder Portal at all.
