Project List Page
Below are descriptions of the fields and buttons located on this page.

The Project List filter allows you to narrow down the results list to just the projects you need to view. This filter can be collapsed to increase screen real estate, and then expanded if necessary, by clicking the expand/collapse button in the upper-left corner of the page.
- Project Name: Enter the name of the project to filter for a particular project.
- City: Enter the name of the city associated with the project(s) you want to filter by.
- Custom Field 1: If applicable, click this drop-down arrow or enter a project custom field to filter by projects that are associated with a particular custom field. For more information, see Add Project Custom Fields.
- Only Show Projects Allowing User Logins: Select this check box to include only those projects that allow users to log in.
- Project Administrator: Click this drop-down arrow to filter for projects that are managed by a specific project administrator.
- State: Enter the name of a state to filter for projects located in a particular state.
- Custom Field 2: If applicable, click this drop-down arrow or enter a project custom field to filter by projects that are associated with a particular custom field. For more information about project custom fields, see Add Project Custom Fields.
- Filter: Click to filter for entered criteria.
- Clear Filter: Click to clear the filter.

- Add Project: Click to add a project.
- Apply Template: Click to apply a project template. Project templates are a great time-saving tool that helps you get new and existing projects underway quickly when there are changes to user roles or project memberships and templates from other areas of the product, namely the following:
- Project Template (Document folder structure)
- Role Template
- Schedule Template
- Budget Template
- Cash Flow Template
- Funding Template
- Import: Project imports allow you to complete project details through the import of an Excel spreadsheet, which will later be used by project administrators to get their projects set up more quickly. During the import you'll also be able to apply the templates listed below, if available. Applying these additional templates adds value to project templates by reducing the time and effort for project administrators to set up various modules within the project.

Edit: Click to edit the details and/or settings of the corresponding project.

Delete: Click to delete the project. Deleting projects permanently removes all project data. This may be necessary for projects that have expired and may even be required by certain vendors. Before a project is deleted, you will be required to enter your e-Builder password. A request is then submitted to e-Builder Support for execution. Once deleted, the project cannot be recovered. Details of the deletion can be viewed by running an Audit Log Report.

Name: Displays the project name.

Project Administrator: Displays the name of the administrator on the project.
- User Logins Allowed: A check mark in this column indicates that users are able to log in to this project.
