A project template is a compilation of templates from other areas of Trimble Unity Construct as well as the documents folder structure. Applying project templates allows you to update these areas for one or more projects in a single instance. This is a great time-saving tool that helps you get new and existing projects underway quickly when there are changes to user roles or project memberships and templates from other areas of your program, specifically the following:

- Users (Project Participants & Project Level Roles)
- Project Roles
- Project Groups
- Document Folders
- Calendar Settings
- Project Level Options for Custom Fields and Process Data Fields
- Role Template
- Schedule Template
- Budget Template
- Cash Flow Template
- Funding Template
To apply a project template
- Go to the Project List page.
- Select the check box next to the project(s) you want to apply the template to.
- Click Apply Template.
- Complete all necessary fields.
- Click Apply Templates.
