Project Document Controller
The Project Document Controller (PDC) plays a significant role in maintaining the plan room. On an ongoing basis, this role is responsible for keeping documents updated and properly indexed so that plan room users can easily and accurately locate the files they need. The PDC also plays an important role in plan room setup by enabling the project documents to use this feature. Configuring and indexing the relationship between files, creating relationship documents, validating related files and addressing any errors that may occur are also part of the PDC's role.
