Custom fields are designed to help further filter or refine your project bids by allowing you to track additional information. For example, custom fields can be used to store information such as the owner company and lead architect company related to this project or the square footage.
Custom fields are defined by the e-Builder Administrator in the Setup area. Your particular project may or may not have custom fields defined.

For each note entered, the name and company name of the user adding the note will be displayed along with the date when it was added. In e-Builder, the total number of notes created for the bid package will be displayed in parenthesis on the Notes tab header.
