Define Commitment Item Custom Fields

To define commitment item custom fields

  1. Go to the Cost settings.
  2. Click Custom Fields.
  3. Click Commitment Items.
  4. Setup_LeftNav_Cost_CommitItems
  5. Click Custom Fields.
  6. The Commitment Item Custom Fields page is displayed.

  7. Click Add Field.
  8. Select the data type and click Next.
  9. Enter required fields then click Next.
  10. Review the field summary for accuracy.
  11. If you need to make corrections, click Previous. Otherwise, click Save or Save & Add.

Custom fields will not display on the appropriate tables unless you configure the display options.
