Project Web Links Page

This page lists all available project web links. Web links are created to give project participants access to websites pertinent to the project. As many URL's can be added as necessary and then permissions set appropriately for each one. Some websites may be necessary for all project participants to access and others might need to be restricted to certain roles or just the administrator. These links will be accessible from the Project Details page. From this page, administrators are able to add project web links.

Fields and Buttons

The fields and buttons located on this page are:

• Add Link: Click to add a new web link.
• Edit: Click to make changes to the details of the project URL.
• Delete: Click to delete the corresponding URL.
• Name of Link: Displays the name of the web link.
• URL: Displays the web address.
• Link Permissions: Displays the permission level of this URL. Options include the following:
  • All: This is the default selection. Select to allow everyone with project access to access this URL.
  • Administrator Only: Select to limit access to this web cam to the project administrator only. The project admin can be specified from the Add/Edit Project page.
  • Selected Roles: Select to choose specific role that are able to access this URL
• Last Modified By: Displays the name of the user who last modified the web link or its details.
