Add Project Web Links

Web links are created to give project participants access to websites pertinent to the project. As many URLs can be added as necessary and then permissions set appropriately for each one. Some websites may be necessary for all project participants to access and others might need to be restricted to certain roles or just the administrator. These links will be accessible from the Project Details page.

To add new project web links

  1. Go to Project Settings.
  2. For instructions, see Access Project Settings.

  3. Click Web Links.
  4. The Project Web Links page is displayed.

  5. Click Add Link.
  6. Complete all necessary fields.
  7. To save this link and add another, click Save & Add.
  8. —Or—

    To complete this task, click Save.
