Manage Stamps Page
The Manage Stamps page allows you search for, view, edit and add new document stamps. From this page you can take any of the following actions:
The fields and buttons on this page are:

- Name Contains Text: Enter some or all of the text included in the name of the stamp you want to filter for.
- Description Contains Text: Enter some or all of the text included in the description of the stamp you want to filter for.
- Assigned to Role: Click the drop-down arrow to make a selection and filter for stamps assigned to a specific role.
- Assign to User: Enter a user's name to filter for stamps assigned to a specific user.
- Show All: Click to show all stamps.
- Filter: Click to filter for stamps based on filter criteria.

- Add New Stamp: Click to add a new stamp.
- Edit: Click to edit the details of the stamp.
- Delete: Click to delete the stamp.
- Name: Displays the name of the stamp. Click to open the Edit Stamp page and modify the stamp.
- Description: Displays the description of the stamp.
- File Name: Displays the name of the stamp file.
- Height: Displays the height of the stamp in pixels.
- Width: Displays the width of the stamp in pixels.
- Transparency: Displays the transparency percentage of the stamp.
- Permission: Displays the access permission of the stamp.
- Last Modified By: Displays the date and name of the person that last modified the stamp.
