Upload Document Stamps

The Document Stamps feature allows you to upload and then customize your own stamps into e-Builder for use on any document stored in the system, which includes files that are attached to all items in e-Builder.

To add document stamps

  1. Go to Document Settings.
  2. For instructions, see Access Document Settings.

  3. Click Stamps.
  4. The Manage Stamps page displays.

  5. Click Add Stamps.
  6. The Add Stamp page displays.

  7. In the Stamp Details section, complete all necessary fields.
  8. For a description of all the fields located on this page, see Add/Edit Stamp Page Overview.

  9. In the Stamp Settings section, complete all necessary fields.
  10. In the Permissions section, complete all necessary fields.
  11. Click Save.
