Manage Processes

The Manage Processes option allows you to manage existing processes and create new ones. There are four distinct tabs from which you can manage processes:

  • Properties Tab: Configure process details.
  • Data Tab: Integrate cost data for cost and non-cost processes, create data fields and data field dependencies to capture all necessary information from the user base.
  • Page Layout Tab: Determine the look and feel of each layout per user group. Restrict or expose data based on user roles.
  • Workflow Tab: Design the steps and actions of the process.

Collectively, working from each tab allows you to configure a process by defining the details, data, and the look and feel of the entire process from start to finish.
