Line Item Details Page

This page is displayed when line item numbers are selected on the Budget Details page. When the budget is approved, from here you have access to several details related to the budget line item, such as a financial summary that provides a snapshot of line item details. View and add notes, budget changes, commitments and more. When the budget is not yet approved you can edit line item details; modify line item custom fields if configured on account; attach documents, processes and forms.

A New Line Item added to an Approved Budget cannot add money to the Budget. The amount of the change is reflected only through a budget change. For more information, see Add Budget Changes.
