Define Invoice Item Custom Fields

To define invoice item custom fields

  1. Go to the Administration Tools.
  2. Click Cost.
  3. Click Custom Fields.
  4. Invoice Items Link - Admin
  5. Click Invoice Items.
  6. The Invoice Item Custom Fields page is displayed.

  7. Click Add Field.
  8. Select the data type and click Next.
  9. At a minimum, enter all required fields then click Next.
  10. Review the field summary for accuracy.
  11. If you need to make corrections, click Previous. Otherwise, click Save or Save & Add.
