Document Custom Fields Page

The fields and buttons located on this page are:

• Reorder: Click to change the order that the custom fields display. The Reorder Custom Fields page is displayed.
• Add Field: Click to add new custom fields. The Add/Edit Custom Field page is displayed.
• Field Dependencies: Click to add field dependencies. The Custom Field Dependencies page is displayed.
• Edit: Click to make changes to custom field details. The Add/Edit Custom Fields page is displayed.
• Delete: Click to delete the custom field. You are prompted for confirmation.
• Replace: For drop-down and multiple pick fields only, click to replace an old value with the new value.
• Label: Displays the custom field name.
• Data Type: Displays the custom field data element.
• Permission: Displays the custom field permission settings.
• Unique: Displays whether or not the custom field is a unique. Unique custom fields are those that cannot be duplicated in other projects.
• Last Modified By: Displays the name of the user that last modified the custom field record.
