This page allows you to manage field dependencies. Custom field dependencies help you establish a relationship between related custom fields so that when a controlling field is selected or completed, the dependent fields will be restricted to the values available; dependent fields are not auto populated. The fields and buttons located on this page are:
- Add Dependency: Click to add document custom field dependencies.
- Cancel: Click to discard changes and return to the Document Custom Fields page.
- Edit: Click to make changes to the field dependency. The Edit Custom Field Dependency page is displayed.
- Delete: Click to delete the document custom field dependency. You are prompted for confirmation.
- Controlling Field: Displays the controlling field. For more information, see About Custom Field Dependencies.
