This page allows you to map the values of the controlling field to the values of the dependent field. Controlling field values display in the table header. Dependent fields are listed on the left side of the table.

Fields and Buttons
The fields and buttons located on this page are:
- Save: Click to save changes.
- Cancel: Click to discard changes and return to the Document Custom Field Dependencies page.
- Edit: Click to edit the field dependency.
- Delete: Click to delete the field dependency
- Controlling Field: This column lists the controlling fields, which is the field that will control the appearance of the dependency field when it is selected or completed.
- Dependent Field: This column lists the dependent fields, which is the field that will appear when the controlling field is selected.
