Add Members to Project Roles
To add users to a project-specific role
- Go to the Project Participants page.
- Select the role from the Roles section.
- Click Add User.
- Select the check box next to the users you want to add to this role.
- Click Add User.

A check mark is placed in the Project Role column, indicating that users are in this role at the project level.
