Add Form Mail Merge Templates to e-Builder
Optional pre-requisites for this procedure include:
- Download Default Forms Mail Merge Template
- Access e-Builder Field Mappings
- Customize Form Template with Fields Mappings
To add form mail merge templates to e-Builder
- Go to Forms Settings.
- Expand Mail Merge Templates.
- To add a form details template, click Forms Details. The Mail Merge Templates page is displayed.
- Click Add New Template.
- Complete the required fields.
- Click Browse to search for and upload template.
- In the Project Assignments section, select the project(s) to assign the template to.
- Click the right directional arrow to add the project to the Assigned to these Projects box.
- Click Save.

To add a form log template, click Forms Logs. The Mail Merge Templates page is displayed.

The Add Mail Merge Template page is displayed.
If you do not specify the project(s) that will use this template, the template will be available in all projects.
