Access e-Builder Field Mappings

Downloading e-Builder field mappings gives you access to the e-Builder field codes used to customize your template, by specifying the e-Builder data you want to include in your mail merge template.

To download e-Builder Field Mappings

  1. Go to Forms Settings.

    2. For instructions, see Access Forms Settings.

  2. Expand Mail Merge Templates.
  3. To create form details templates, click Forms Details.

    4. The Mail Merge Template page is displayed.

    To create form log templates, click Forms Logs. The Mail Merge Template page is displayed.

    To learn about the difference between Form Details and Form Logs, see Manage Form Mail Merge Templates.

  4. Click the Go to Mail Merge Field Mappings link.
  5. Click the Mail Merge Field Mappings For drop-down arrow to select a form type.

    6. A list of field mappings display.

    Keep this page open or print the merge codes for easy access when adding the field mappings to your template.
