Add Files to an Existing Bluebeam Session

Existing Studio sessions can be updated from the My Sessions tab. From this page, you can add files and invite users to existing sessions. Exiting active sessions can also be opened using the link provided by clicking on the Session ID.

To add files to an existing session

  1. Open the Bluebeam Studio Integration window.
  2. On the My Sessions tab, click the check box beside the session ID of the session you wish to update.
  3. Click Add Files.
  4. Browse for and select the required file or files and click Open to add it to the session.
