Invite Users to a Bluebeam Session
After starting your new Bluebeam Studio session, you will be prompted to invite users on the Session Invitation page.
The invitation sent out to the invitees will include the name of the session, the session ID with a link to open the session in Bluebeam Revu, and the optional message provided. The invitation also includes links to download Bluebeam Revu software if the user doesn't have it installed already.
If at a later point you wish to invite additional users, you can add them from the My Sessions tab.
To invite users to a Bluebeam session
- On the Session Invitation page, enter the email addresses for the users or contacts you would like to join your session in the Invitees section.
Use the Lookup button to locate the users or contacts you wish to invite.
- To send an optional message to the invitees, enter the message content in the Message field.
- Click OK to send the invitation(s). The email is sent to the invitee(s).
