The Bluebeam Studio integration can be launched in two primary ways, from the Documents module and from the Attached Documents tab on Forms, Processes, etc.
To access Bluebeam from the Documents module
- Click the Documents tab located on the top navigation tabs.
- On the Documents page, click the name of a project to view the project documents.
- Select the documents to be added to the studio session.
- From the Documents pane action bar, click Bluebeam Studio. The Bluebeam Studio Integration page is displayed.
If one or more files are selected, they will automatically be added to the file list for the studio session. Additional files can also be added on the New Session page after clicking the Bluebeam Studio link.
To access Bluebeam from the Attached Documents tab
- From the Attached Documents tab of a form or process, select the attached documents to be added to the new session.
- Click Bluebeam Studio. The Bluebeam Studio Integration page is displayed.
