Tasks Page Overview
The Tasks page starts off as a blank canvas. You can pick the items you would like to see on this page by creating custom views. If you have access to multiple projects, the Tasks page gives you a program-wide view of task details.
ExampleSchedule and task managers can create a view of all the tasks they manage whose percent complete is greater than 50 %. This would allow managers to focus in on just those items that are near completion or most critical to them.
The following tabs are available:
- Task list: Lists all the tasks in the projects that you have access to. Click each task to view it in the Task Editor.
- Week: Lists the tasks that are scheduled for the selected week.
- Month: Lists the tasks that are scheduled for the selected month.
To access the schedule Tasks page
- On the top navigation tabs, click the Schedule tab. The Tasks page is displayed.
To open a project’s schedule
- From the Tasks page, select the project from the ‘All Project’s drop-down list on the top-right. The (Create) Schedule page is displayed.
