Calendar mail merge templates can be imported for use throughout the Calendar module. A mail merge template will let your users print out meeting details and meeting minutes formatted just the way your organization prefers. A default template is also provided for your convenience, complete with field mappings that will automatically populate fields with data from e-Builder to save you time. Field mappings can be changed on any template, allowing you to pull the data you need.
