Log In (iOS)
When you open the application on your mobile device, you can use your e-Builder username and password to log in.
Eligible Environments
Users with accounts in the following environments are eligible to use the iOS Mobile Application:
- US
- Canada
- GovCloud
The region will default to US. If more than one region or environment is available for your user account, you will be asked to select it while logging in.

- Tap the e-Builder app icon on your mobile device.
- On the log in page, tap the Username field and enter your username.
- Tap the Password field and enter the password for your user account.
- Tap LOGIN.

- On the log in page of the mobile app, select the Enable Face ID® check box.
Face ID® is designed to protect your data and provide quick, secure access to your e-Builder account. You can turn this feature off through your device's settings at any time.
- Tap Enable.
- You will be asked to confirm whether you want to allow the e-Builder mobile app to use Face ID®. Tap OK.
You will be able to sign on using Face ID® the next time you launch the e-Builder mobile app.
- Tap Continue to complete the login process.
Sign in the first time using your username and password. e-Builder will associate them with your Face ID® when you first login.
Offline Use
You can also log in to the e-Builder mobile app while your mobile device is offline.
The e-Builder Offline Mobile Enabled check box must be enabled for the process by an Administrator on the Properties Tab of the process. For more details on how to enable offline use, see Manage Processes.

You can use your SSO log in credentials to access the e-Builder mobile application. If you are using SSO or MFA, you can now log in using a biometric profile that has been linked to your e-Builder user account.
If you have never logged on to the e-Builder mobile application before, you will need to login while your device is online, download the required workflows, and setup Face ID® first.
After logging in, you will then be able to select an account which has workflows that have been previously downloaded for offline use.
If you have access to more than one account and if the workflows from more than one account have been downloaded to your mobile device, you will be asked to select an account.
