The Email Users window allows you to send messages to project participants; both Trimble Unity Construct licensed and non-Trimble Unity Construct licensed participants. All project participants are able to access this page, although some functions will only be available to administrators. This window displays as a result of clicking the Send Message button on the Project Participants page. For instructions, see Send Messages.
Fields and Buttons
The fields and buttons located on this page are:
- Send: Click to send the message.
- Cancel: Click to discard changes and close this window.
- To: If you selected users from the Project Participants page, they display in this field. You can add additional recipients by clicking the Lookup button or typing in one email address per line.
- Lookup: Click to search for and select additional users to message.
- CC: Enter the email address of users to copy on the message.
- Subject: Enter the subject of the message in this field.
- Body: Enter your message in this field.
- Include Welcome Message: This option is visible to account and project administrators only. Select to include an automated welcome message with your message.
- Send username and password notification: This option is visible to account and project administrators only. Select to also send recipients usernames and passwords with the message.
