Create/ Edit Summary Notification Page

The fields and buttons on this page are:

• Subject: Enter a subject for the notification in this field.
• Module(s): Click into this field to display all available options. If templates were made available for general use, they will also be optional selections in this field.
• Send Daily Summary at: Select a time of day for the summary to be delivered.
• Send Daily Summary to: This field is applicable to templates only, which can only be created by account administrators. Select the users to send notifications to:
  • None: Select to create the notification with no user assignments. You may choose this option to save the notification as a draft until the users or roles are known. For instructions on adding summary notifications for yourself, see Create Personal Summary Notification.
  • All Users: Select to create this summary notification for everyone on the account. This will effectively suspend instant notifications.
  • Selected Roles: Choose to select roles to assign the summary notification to.
• Prevent Users from Disabling Summary Notification: This field is only available to account administrators and restricts anyone from disabling a summary notification template.
• Save as Template: Select to save this summary notification as a template
• Select notifications to include in daily Summary Notification: This section will display the components of the selected module(s) for you to choose from.
