Edit Folder Permissions

Folder permissions can only be modified for existing groups and individual users that have been added to the folder. For instructions on adding users to the folder, see the Related Topics section below.

To edit folder permissions

  1. Go to the Project Documents Page.
  2. On the Project menu, click on the Folder Permissions link.
  3. The Folder Permissions page is displayed.

  4. Click the name of the folder you want to edit permissions for. The permission check boxes are displayed on the right side.
  5. Select the check boxes for the permissions you want to assign and clear the check boxes of the permissions you want to remove.
  6. Click the Apply button.
