Create Summary Notifications for Others

Account administrators are able to set up summary notifications at the account level and manage them for any number of users or roles. Likewise, individuals can set up notifications for themselves. You are able to choose which modules to include in each notification summary as well as the specific components of the module, such as cost approvals and opened or closed forms, for example.

To create summary notifications for others

  1. Go to the account Notification Settings page.
  2. For instructions, see Access Account Notification Settings Page.

  3. In the Daily Summary Notifications field, click On to enable this feature if it isn't already active.
  4. Click Create or Create Template.
  5. Templates are available for everyone to use when creating their own summary notifications.

  6. Enter all necessary fields.

  8. Click Save.
