Bid Documents
The Bid Documents tab displays all the folders and files that the invited bidders have access to. On the Bid Documents tab, the bid manager can check whether the bid details are set properly for the bidders to view when they get invited and login to the Bidder's Portal.
When you create a bid package or edit the bid details, you have to select a Bid Documents Folder. This Bid Documents Folder is mapped to your Trimble Unity Construct Documents repository.
Any sub folders and files created in the mapped folder are also accessible by the invited bidders.

- From the top navigation tabs, click the Bidding tab.
Use this method if you are not already working in a project.
- On the Bidding page, choose a project from the All Projects menu.
The Bid Packages page is displayed.
- Click the name of a bid package to view the Bid Package Details page.


As a bid contact, you have the ability to view and download documents that your bidders can access.

- Go to the Bid Package Details page.
- Click the Bid Documents tab.
- Navigate to the required file and then click the file to view it.
All the folders and files that invited bidders have access to are displayed.

- Go to the Bid Package Details page.
- Click the Bid Documents tab.
- Navigate to the required file and then select the check box next to the file.
You must select at least one file to download.
- Click Download.

The Bid Documents Access History page displays the history of all the invited bidders' activity within the Bid Documents folders. For example, if a user from a company viewed an architectural file, then a row will be inserted in the table with a date and time stamp of this action. If the user downloaded the document, this will also be shown.
Using this page, the Estimating Coordinator or Manager will be able to determine who has viewed, downloaded, ordered or picked up prints and can use this information to equip the estimating team with a firm understanding of recent activity.

- Go to the Bid Package Details page.
- Click the Bid Documents tab.
- Click History.
The Bid Documents Access History page is displayed with all the available access history records for the Bid Documents.
Use the Filter section to narrow down the results.
