Add Invoice Page

The Add Invoice page allows you to choose whether you are adding a general or commitment invoice. A description of the buttons located on this page is provided below:

  • Commitment Invoice: Click to add a commitment invoice. A commitment invoice is an actual cost that is applied against an existing commitment.
  • General Invoice: Click to add a general invoice. General invoices are not associated with commitments and may be issued for a subset of a budget line item, such as legal fees, builder permits etc. things that are required to be paid on the project, but not project-based contracts such as flooring, and other building material.
  • Cancel: Click to cancel this action and not add any invoices.
