To add/edit funding rules:

Add Funding Rules

To add funding rules

  1. Go to the Funding Sources page.
  2. For more information, see Access the Funding Sources Page.

  3. Click the Funding Rules tab.
  4. Click Add.
  5. In the Name field, enter a name for the funding rule.
  6. Select the Active check box to make this funding rule available for use.
  7. In the Description field, enter a description for the funding rule.
  8. In the Percentage fields, enter the percentage of funds from each funding source that will make up this funding rule.
  9. Click Save.

Edit Funding Rules

To edit funding rules

  1. Go to the Funding Sources page.
  2. For more information, see Access the Funding Sources Page.

  3. Click the Funding Rules tab.
  4. Click the title of the funding rule you want to modify.
  5. Make all necessary changes.
  6. For detailed descriptions of the fields and buttons located on this page, see Add/Edit Funding Rule Page Overview.

  7. Click Save.
  8. If you are changing a funding rule that has already been applied, you are prompted for confirmation.
  9. Changes to this rule will affect all transactions in the past and future.

  10. Click Yes, Change the Percentage(s).
  11. —Or—

    Click No, Keep the Original Percentage(s).
