Add Commitment Change Items

Change items can be added to a commitment change at any time, before the change is approved. You may need to add additional items to a change or maybe the change before items could be added to it.

To add change items to a commitment change

  1. Go to the Commitment Change Details page.
  2. For more information, see Access the Commitment Change Details Page.

  3. To add all commitment items to the change, click Add all line Items.
  4. You are prompted for confirmation, click Continue.

    Or, to add a single line item at a time click Add Item.

    The Add Commitment Change Item page is displayed.

  5. Enter all required fields.
  6. For detailed information about the fields on this page, see Add/Edit Commitment Change Item Page Overview.

  7. Click Save & Add New or Save.
