Access Step Properties

The steps of a process are configured in the Workflow Designers. The properties of a step allow you to choose the actors, apply layouts, determine the behavior of the step and many other actions.

To access the properties of a steps

  1. Go to the Workflows tab.
  2. Click the title of the workflow you want to access.
  3. Click Design Workflow.

    4. The Choose Workflow Versions dialog box displays.

  4. Click the workflow you want to modify then click Load.

    5. The Workflow Designer displays.

  5. Right-click the step you want to view properties for, and then click Properties.

    6. The Edit Step Dialog Box displays.
