About Document Stamps

Physically stamping documents can be time-consuming and costly, but necessary none-the-less. Document stamps are often needed to physically mark permits, drawings, submittals and payment applications. Without an electronic source to complete these tasks, these documents have to be printed, routed by mail or faxed and sent back to the sender. Account administrators are able to upload image files to be used as a stamp on any PDF document. After stamps are loaded, permissions can be set for each one. A list of pre-loaded stamps will appear when a document is opened and users will have the ability to drag and drop stamps onto their files.
