Who's Online Page Overview

This page lists all account users who have been active in the last 20 minutes. Every minute, the system checks to see if any actions have been taken for a logged in user and after 20 minutes of inactivity, they are removed from this page. This is a great tool for account administrators to monitor and verify account activity.

To access the Who's Online page

1. From the top navigation tabs, click the Setup tab or from the Utility menu by clicking the drop-down arrow next to your user name.

If the Setup tab is not visible, click , and then select the Setup check box.


2. In the Administration Tools section, click Users.
3. Click Who's Online.
4. Click the user's name to open the User Details to view member profile and business information, and manage membership details.
