Set Form Type for Action Items

Optionally, you can designate a form type to be used for action items. Once this form type is used in meeting minutes, it cannot be changed; otherwise there will be a void in previous instances that have already used the form type. Choosing a form type gives the minute taker access to a standard form for each meeting without having to attach a form each time. Additionally, it provides a consistent format – that you choose – to always record action items.

To set a form type for action items

  1. Go to calendar settings.
  2. For more information, see Access Calendar Settings.

  3. Click Meeting Minutes Setup.
  4. The Meeting Minutes page displays.

  5. Select the Form Type drop-down arrow and select a form.
  6. Form types are configured in Setup Forms Manage Form Types.

  7. Click the adjacent Save link.
