Set Form Type for Action Items
Optionally, you can designate a form type to be used for action items. Once this form type is used in meeting minutes, it cannot be changed; otherwise there will be a void in previous instances that have already used the form type. Choosing a form type gives the minute taker access to a standard form for each meeting without having to attach a form each time. Additionally, it provides a consistent format that you choose to always record action items.
To set a form type for action items
- Go to calendar settings.
- Click Meeting Minutes Setup.
- Select the Form Type drop-down arrow and select a form.
- Click the adjacent Save link.
