Scheduled Tasks

The Scheduled Tasks feature displays a list of scheduled task subscriptions, the frequency with which the tasks run, and the status (success/ fail) of the task the last time it was run.

You must have permission to access the Administration Tools to use this feature. To delete or disable a scheduled task, you must contact Technical Support.

  1. On the top navigation tabs, click the Setup tab.
  2. In the Administration Tools section, expand Automation and click Scheduled Tasks.
    The Scheduled Task Subscriptions page is displayed.
  1. Open the Scheduled Task Subscriptions page.
  2. Click View next to the task you wish to view.

  2. Click Run Now next to the task you wish to run.

    3. You must have the role that is authorized to run the task.
