Request Commitment Change Approval

Based on permissions granted to you by the e-Builder Administrator, some commitment changes may require approval before the change is accepted into the budget.

To request a commitment change approval

  1. Go to the Commitment Change Details page.
  2. For more information, see Access the Commitment Change Details Page.

  3. Click Request Approval.
  4. The approval is sent to users with Approve Commit Changes permissions for further action.
