Reopen Closed Commitments
If a commitment was closed in error or it is later determined that additional actual (invoices) or change items should be applied to the commitment, it can be reopened. Reopening a commitment will return it to the approved status.
To reopen a closed commitment
- Go to the Commitments page.
- Click the commitment number or description of the commitment you want to reopen.
- Click Re-Open.
- Click Yes, Re-Open the Commitment.

Tip
Use the filter to narrow results to show only Closed commitments. This will help you access the desired commitment more easily. Click the Show drop-down arrow and select Closed, and then click Go.
The Commitment Details page displays.
