Reopen Closed Commitments

If a commitment was closed in error or it is later determined that additional actual (invoices) or change items should be applied to the commitment, it can be reopened. Reopening a commitment will return it to the approved status.

To reopen a closed commitment

  1. Go to the Commitments page.
  2. For more information, see Access the Commitments Page.

    Commitments Filter - Show Closed
  3. Click the commitment number or description of the commitment you want to reopen.
  4. The Commitment Details page displays.

  5. Click Re-Open.
  6. You are prompted for confirmation.

  7. Click Yes, Re-Open the Commitment.
