View Access History of Public Folders

Only users with administrative privileges are able to view the access history of public folders.

To view the access history of public enabled folders

  1. Go to the Project Documents page.

    2. For instructions, see Access Project Documents Page.

  2. Click the Properties link underneath the folder path.
    3. Properties_Link

    The Folder Properties window displays.

  3. Click the Public Access History Tab.
