Project Process Notification Settings Page
The Process Notification Settings page allows account administrators to determine which users should receive notifications for process instances, based on whether or not they are an actor on the step.
Fields and Buttons
The fields and buttons located on this page are:
- Save: Click to save changes.
- Cancel: Click to discard changes.
- Role: Select the appropriate role to choose the team members that should receive process notifications.
- Select users to receive notifications: Users in the selected role appear in this section. Choose the users that should receive notifications and add them to the Selected users section.
Actor Settings for Roles with Selected Users
- Unselected users: This section allows you to choose the users from the select role that should not receive notifications even when the process is in their court while including one of the following exceptions:
- but will be an actor on the process - Unselected users in the role will not receive a notification, but still can take action on the process as an actor.
- and will not be an actor on the process - Unselected users in the role will not receive the notification and will not be able to take action on the process, but will be 'requested comment' actor(s) type in the instance.
