Process Custom Fields

Custom fields are completely configurable and up to the account administrator to define. These fields display on the Process Properties. Custom fields are useful because they can contain additional project process information that is not part of the standard process layout, or information that is used in reports to define or separate process information.

To add process custom fields

  1. Go to Process Settings.
  2. For more information, see Access Process Settings.

  3. Click Custom Fields.
  4. Click Add Field.
  5. Select a data type, and then click Next.
  6. On the Custom Field Details page, enter a name for the custom field in the space provided after Field Label.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Review the details of the custom field.
  9. If changes are required, click Previous to navigate to the appropriate page and make changes.
