About Preferences Settings
The Preferences section allows you to specify your settings for the following areas:
- Notification settings: Customize your personal notification settings and create summary notification settings:
- Settings: Specify general settings such as the time zone and email formats, notification settings for the calendar, documents and forms modules.
- Summary Notifications: Combine all of your system notifications and receive one daily summary, thus reducing the volume of emails you receive.
- Interface settings: Customize your personal default display settings, font size, other display settings and more.

- Go to My Settings.
- Click Preferences.
