Documents
Use the Documents page in the e-Builder Mobile app to access files and folders.

- Tap
and select the project.
- Tap
to view the files and folders in the project.
The default view is tile and can easily be changed to list view by tapping the view toggle icon
in the top right corner.
- Tap a folder in the documents page to view the files in it.
You can also search for a file or folder using the search icon
at the top right corner.
- Tap a file to open it.
The parent folder will be listed at the top. You can return to the previous page using the back arrow in the top left corner.
Upload Files
You can upload photos or audio recordings straight from your mobile device.

- Tap

- Tap Add Photos.
- Tap the camera icon.
- Take the photo.
- Tap Done.
When uploading the file, if you are already in a folder in the documents module, that folder location will be the default upload location for the recording. You can change the location destination of your file by tapping Select Folder> browse to the desired location> tap Select Folder.
Tap Rename to rename the photo instead of using the default date and time stamp that is assigned to it.
- Tap Save.

- Select one or more photos.
- Tap Next.

- Tap Add Audio Recording.
- Tap
to start recording audio.
- Tap
to complete the recording.
You can restart the recording process or play the recording back to review it before you upload it. - Tap Done.

Redline Photos
When taking a photo from the application, you can use the redline feature to highlight an area on the photo and save it.
The photo be saved with the red line as part of the image, it will not layer.

- Tap

- Tap Add Photos.
- Tap the camera icon.
- Take the photo.
- Tap
and add the required redline(s) to the photo.
- Tap Done.
