Make Processes Non-Cost Related

If you've already configured a process to include cost migration, it can only be changed if the process has never been initiated in the user interface, otherwise, you will not be able to make a cost process non-cost.

To remove the cost component of a process

  1. Go to Process Settings.
  2. For instructions, see Access Process Settings.

  3. Click Manage Processes. The Manage Processes page is displayed with a list of available processes.
  4. Click the name of the process to view its details.
  5. On the Data tab, click Edit.
  6. From the Include Cost Item drop-down list, select None.
  7. Click Save to retain the changes.
