Login Agreements

Login agreements are used to protect your company by requiring all users to accept your terms of use for access and use of the project information. A login agreement requires a user to read and accept your terms of use prior to accessing any project information.

  • Multiple login agreements can be set. When the user(s) log onto your account they will be prompted from one agreement to the next until all of them are accepted or declined.
  • If a user declines a login agreement, they will not be allowed access to your account. They must login again and accept the agreement before they will be granted access to your project(s).

It is recommended that you have the proper person create or review the login agreement verbiage to ensure it meets your company's document security requirements.

  1. Click Setup. In the Administration Tools menu, expand Settings and click Login Agreements. The Account Login Agreements page is displayed.
  2. To create an agreement, click Create Agreement. The Agreement Details section is displayed.
  3. Enter or select the following required details (marked with an *):
    • Name*: The name of the agreement.
    • Text*: The content of the agreement message.
  4. Click Save. The login agreement will now show in your agreement list.

    To view the agreement and any users who have accepted the login agreement terms, click the login agreement name. In the Acceptance List at the bottom of the page you will see the name, username and agreement date of each user who has accepted the login agreement.

  1. Click Setup. In the Administration Tools menu, expand Settings and click Login Agreements. The Account Login Agreements page is displayed.
  2. Click the name of the agreement you wish to delete. The Agreement Details page is displayed.
  3. Click Delete Agreement. The Confirm Deletion page is displayed.
  4. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.

    By deleting an agreement, you also delete the acceptance list history of that agreement. A system agreement cannot be deleted. System agreements are configured per the account setup by the Trimble Unity Construct team and cannot be modified by an administrator.
