Attach Forms to Funding Sources
From the Forms tab, you are able to view, as well as attach any supporting forms associated with a funding source. The forms that can be attached are any open/closed forms that have been created in the project. e-Builder displays the form name, subject, author, due date, who it was attached by, and the date it was attached. Once attached, you can simply click the form name to view it.
- Forms are permission driven. If you do not have the permission level to view the form in the Forms module, you will not be able to view forms attached to funding sources.
- Forms can also be removed from funding sources. If you choose to remove forms, they will not be deleted from the e-Builder Forms module.
To attach forms to a funding source
- Go to the Funding Sources page.
- Click the name of the funding source.
- Click the Forms tab.
- Click Attached Forms.
- Filter for the forms you want to see.
- Select the check box next to the form(s) you want to attach.
- Click Attach.

The Funding Source Details page is displayed.
The Attach Forms from [Project Name] filter is displayed.
