Export Project Address Book

Permissions - Admin and Manage Users

The project address book includes the contact information of all project participants. This information can be exported in two formats: as a VB script, which will add participants to a folder in the Microsoft Outlook contacts and secondly as an Excel spreadsheet.

To export the project address book

  1. Go to the Project Details page.
  2. For instructions, see Access the Project Details Page.

  3. Click Export Address Book.
  4. The Export Address Book window displays.

  5. To create a folder in your Outlook contacts, select VB Script (Outlook Only).
  6. —Or—

    To generate an Excel spreadsheet, select Comma Separated Values.

  7. Click Save.
